Our company is a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), operates under the trade name Aleks Metal Refinery (AMR) and has most recently been awarded the Chain of Custody (CoC) certification. Within this scope, the sources of the gold used in production are also included in our reporting, marking another significant milestone in our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices. By taking a further step on its “Yellow2Green” journey, AMR continues to advance its operations by adopting the highest international standards as part of its mission and vision.
In this context, we would like to clearly emphasize that Aleks Metal Refinery and AgaBullion have never had, and do not currently have, any relationship, connection, or commercial activity with the company operating under the name “Aga Holding.” Due to a confidentiality order in place in the relevant file, we are unable to share further details at this stage. However, we have full confidence that the investigations and proceedings carried out by law enforcement authorities and judicial bodies will conclusively establish that no such association exists. While continuing our full cooperation with the relevant authorities, we are conducting this process with complete transparency, in line with our long-standing principles.
Furthermore, all legal rights are expressly reserved with respect to any damages suffered by natural or legal persons within the scope of Aleks Metal Refinery and AgaBullion as a result of false news and unfounded allegations, including but not limited to reputational harm, loss of commercial credibility, and violations of personal rights. Our Legal Department has initiated the necessary legal actions and is closely monitoring the process.
